Social media management for two very different accounts: Balance Sports Nutrition, a sports nutrition brand in New Zealand and Australia, and @irshad_alite, the personal brand of Auckland real estate agent Irshad Ali.

Challenge

Two audiences with little in common. A nutrition brand needs product-led content that stays on brand. A real estate agent needs content people actually watch, not another listing slideshow, so they see him as the local expert to call when it is time to sell.

Solution

For Balance, I planned a two-month content calendar, wrote the image prompts and built the posts in Canva. For Irshad, I built a growth plan around content pillars and a weekly posting schedule, then wrote, shot, edited and captioned the reels, carousels and static posts. One listing video passed 38K views and the home sold to a buyer who came back after seeing it.
